Inzoi only had half they time and it was only in the last 6 months before release that I think the hype built

But for studios you can get upfront of like
Okay, this game has a budget of 2 million to make
We need to plan the next few years of development
You can always get more forms of funding later

Having a "Hey the budget will run out" VERY good incentive to get your butt moving and priortise things

They'll still be indie but they're a pretty sizeable studio with a pretty large amount of money
