The Steam Deck is excellent for emulation of older games. The only problem is, a lot of new games aren't optimized for the Steam Deck on launch. So you have to wait till it is.

It's a service. You stream it on a computer which has the higher specs. I don't have it but if you have a good internet connection you should be able to play it. Inzoi is part of the library. So you can play it on a lower spec device.
