If you reeaaallly want to, you can try GFN streaming. It’ll cost you some money, around $10 per month, and it requires a one-year payment upfront. But you can get full access to AI-generated building, Smart Zoi, and other features in inZOI with usually no lag, unless your connection is spotty. Another thing to add is GFN doesn't really support mods afaik.

Hi Ryan, thank you but I don’t really see a real reason to pay for an external service. Lag isn’t even my main issue — the game crashes as soon as I enable “Smart Zo” or when I use the AI-generated building feature. So the problem isn’t performance, it’s stability. I’d rather wait for the developers to fix it, I believe inZOI will solve this. 🙂
