Even with it being less spacious, Cahaya still has a lot of great lots for residential. It's just too bad that the western side of "Senyap Property" has an un-purchasable, un-editable lot in front obscuring the view of the sea and a huge tree messing with buildings near the zone's edge. I really wish you could either extend senyap to the sea (would make it like 100 in depth though) or that you could buy and do w/e you want with that terrain.
