Turned out I had to hit the DLC button for Inzoi and install that. I just assumed all this time it would auto install with inzoi. :<

I really wasn't much in the mood for such a game then so I didnt play enough to get a good feel.

Sims is probablt balanced for 24mins though

much like InZOI ...WAS... for 96min (cries) before they stole that away from me

you can swtich to 24min with Nyami's mod, the perfect 48min lenght (stolen "perfect" status from 96min), the 96min of course, 4 hrs and 24hres

4hrs and 24hrs where still both bugged last I tried them

96min is "mostly" okay with some annoying quicks, like needing a 3-4hr night lol

At least they fixed the eating time... it's only a tadd too long but you can work with it.

Right now I'm ambiguous with inzoi. I like the game and I'm excited by its potential. But right now I just can't play the wat I'd like : having one zoi who begins a fun career, making friends etc. It's too buggy. Npc zois just run away all the time, romantic relationships are too hard to begin and when it's done, all they want is to cheat on each other, the zois keep seeing random npcs on the streets but never their neighbors, the animations are wayyyy to slow, and omg the group activities are just broken. I tried sending m'y Friends zois enjoying their night in the arcade : one would run away, the other would play basketball during 5 secs and then run away too, the others are dying from hunger.....I just wanted to simulate a friendly evening. I'm surprised to see well get playable high school in May because frankly I'm not sure the foundation is ready for such a thing. Hope I'm wrong

Where SmartZoi shines is in storytelling/character development. But not everyone cares about storytelling or character development and for those players, I say just ignore SmartZoi, especially if your PC can't run it well to begin with

The way I manage to get my zois to not leave is that I make a group. sadly there are no many so the best way is that, if you have more than one family member, each can add 3 to their group and that zoi can move people etc. You can turn off their autonomy there as well

What if the unescapable event is that pop-up choice from earlier in your life, say when yo were a kid.
Then it has repercussions when you're a young adult.
No amount of reloading would fix it.

they have to train it on every new build like every neural network, at first it worked with the native systems, but probably after the system overhauls it started to misbehave

the problem with SmartZoi is that it’s an extremely small 400 MB sLM running in RAM, not the ACE‑backend solution they promised.

all ideas are great as long as PC can handle them, but beyond that it really should move to the cloud maybe that’s why they’re not saying anything about LLM

there used to be AI Messaging, other NPC Zois from the community could ask your Zoi about work if they were in the same place, or about a random encounter etc.

we won't even know about Karma until December. i hope it's a lot more indepth. i liked the idea of a bunch of different Zois and being like a "God", if you will. they should lean more into that with Karma

i think Karma had good bones, it just needed some fleshing out
