I'm a micro manager of my family but what I usually do is I put all Zois that are going to be eating with together on a chair to 'sit and relax' while the other zoi cooks. Usually that keeps them in place long enough for the dish to be ready. Then I each have them grab a dish and that way they sit together and eat together and are also able to chat with each other (if you do 'call for meal together' or something like that, they can't talk while eating for whatever reason).

Idealy a bar like the time bar of the in-game ui at the bottom left... We drag that bar from 1.0 to 8.0, including decimals (ie: 3.7), so they just need to put those instead of the dropdown menu.

I had a suggestion called "Timekeeping" that would permit to say how many days in a year.
In my example I put 12days/year, 3day per season, 3 days pregnancy trimester (9 days total).
It would make sense, but it's probably super low priority for devs

You dont even get better salary or unlock higher position (with better pay) from doing that anyways.
It's nice for roleplay though, when they spent a week or 3 in university (Bachelor’s, Masters, Doctorate -- a week for each), I usually pull them out when they reach what I suppose is the education I want.
