Got the same bug often. Also they eat when not hungry, it's a fight each morning.
Devs said it was working as intended and since not enough ppl complain about it in the appropriate threads on the forum, nothing is done about it.

But no matter what they say, it's a behavior bug. They just need to ad an "If Hungerbar > 50%, then skip"

I think playing with autonomy off should function as your Zoi standing there idle until a player inputs a command. I think a lot of these annoying behaviors would be eliminated if autonomy actually worked correctly. I'm a very micro managing player, I don't want the active Zoi I'm playing to do anything unless I input it. I also have a storyline playing out in my head so I want the Zoi's action to align with my imagination for the most part

I'd say you'll be able to do medium to high 1080p 'cause that 5060 Ti has a good amount of VRAM. Especially if you use upscaling or no ray tracing, not that InZOI needs particularly high FPS. A stable 30-60 for a life sim is more than fine.
There will be somewhat of a CPU bottleneck, but you're hovering around the recommended spec in requirements above when taking GPU into account. Just play around with a few settings and I think you'll be fine

I have the cookie cutter recommended PC for high and it's def overkill. I play at 1440p with raytracing and stuff and get like 90 fps. I'd get way more at 1080p

Because to my knowledge AI is very bad at fake languages. It's bad at making any language it doesn't have extensive training on sound good. Accents too.

That said, they have demoed an AI interaction feature where you talk to NPCs and they respond with AI voices (in English, etc), because obviously you can't really VA AI generated text in advance.
That's not in the game currently. Dunno if it will be, but it's a situation where humans couldn't really be used regardless, you'd have to use some form of TTS

Karma rewards/warning to good/bad citizen has been removed.
Last I tried, you cannot drive your car in automatic mode anymore, it just teleports.
Age group length was messed up and never fixed since June (getting to young adult now takes 40 days, no jokes).
They messed-up the enneagrams. Changed 3 positive ones into negative ones (instead of just making 3 new negative ones).
They messed-up the zoi's autonomy by introducing obligatory routines, now zoi go wash when clean, eat when not hungry, wake-up when tired if you go to sleep "too soon", go to sleep when NOT tired if after 11pm.
Messed-up the needs by making up artificial depletions to match the above routine.

We got a gorgeous Cahaya expac
And a lot of nice new things to build/dress with. And new animations

It's hit-and-miss.
Depends on what you care about in the game.

The gameplay has improved significantly since release. The Cahaya DLC was added in August, which included mining, swimming and resort activities. Businesses and crime gameplay were added, as well as expanded group activities, couple animations and family meals. Lots of build mode content was added, as well as new CAZ items as well. The developers are steadily working on improvements and there is talk of multi-player mode being available this year.

Your best bet would be to watch YouTube videos, plenty of creators have showcased all of the exciting progress made in the game.

Or if you own the game, open it up and play it.

The previous UI was indeed very exquisite. I remember when I entered the game in March last year, I was very satisfied with the UI, and the UI avatar was also very beautiful. The current user interface, especially the character avatars, makes the face look ugly and rough.

It's not just the UI.
It was no forced routine to eat and sleep and toilets at specific time.
It was Karma management (personal and city), old enneagrams...
Not even speaking of the age groups here as I was playing my family and they are all adults now.
Traffic did not skip on the streets...

Anyways, just "feeling" a sense of miss over those earlier games that had such mechanics.

Yeah exactly that, on the other hand when properly managed, you could avoid such issues

It was fun to manage your family to perfection and then go on the map and see little issues here and there.

Zois being hungry, sleep deprived, being estranged with their own families some time

They fixed most of this, but as with "fixing" karma and age groups and UI and enneagrams...
I miss those things more than I thought I would, and the feeling is getting worse over time.

Also the conversations were shorter, one smalltalk bubble was enough, easy to mod but I preferred it with just one. I remember complaining about that change as soon as it came out and told them to put an option for conversation length in the menu, they never did. Umm maybe I should ask again when we get the UI and missing enneagrams back

I would seriously love if at somepoint the devs brought out a “Decades” DLC where you would start in 1900 or any decade of your choosing in the 20th century as you progress through the decades ( even pause the decade if you want to paly entirley in a certain era) depending on your towns infrastucture new technologies emerge such as the telehpone, colour tv ect as well as fasions unlock and change over time as well as this kind similar to the reputation system the game could expolre societal norms and roles of the times and how they change over time such as women getting the vote or the shame at being pregnant and unamarried in the 1950s ect along with this the set dressing design and buildings in the world could change over time to reflect the decade. Perhaps just like the scheduler you could set your own timeline of events that changed and shaped society for example maybey there was a world war in the 1970s mabey women always had the vote and men didnt until the 1950s economic crashes ect all these thing can influence and change the direction of your zois world and affect the society you live in

Yeah the controls for me were similar to Sims 😅 the only thing I needed to get used to was not using WSAD to move the camera (I still do that sometimes)

For zois height, only 2 steps are missing IMHO.
The first is Adolescent, which should not be adult sized (which is okay for teens).
The second is the Preschooler, between a crawling toddler and a child.

For good continuity, Adolescent is more required.
For completion, the second would be awesome.

That said. I am willing to put my wallet where my mouth is, and would spend on that if it was required.
I firmly believe it would help with the immersion feeling of the game.

I do get the vibes that some of you are not really looking for life simulation, which is dollhouse play. It's not role play. Dollhouse play and sandbox games are the core of life simulation because they are open ended games where the player is God. It's not about chaos, it's about imagination. If your imagination leads you to chaos, great but you need to add the chaos, not the game. There should be mechanics to make it easier but the game is in early access so there is no predicting what the final release will look like.

It is a bummer to come in here and see nonstop complaining, just going to be honest.

Many leading AI companies and top players like NVIDIA were involved in the dev to win the race, but in reality, what happened is what happened.
