Yep! on whats called Canvas (Exactly like the gallery in TS4) But if you build in just the build mode from the main menu and not in game, be careful on the size or people won't be able to really use it.

I prefer to build in game on a lot so I don't have to think about the size lol you can also only upload builds that are under 100MB, but if you don't use modded or 3D printed objects in your build, you don't have to worry about that
