Hello, I am having a lot of problems when exporting the narrations of my texts. After a while, the export process fails, and sometimes it remains in progress for days. It has also consumed more than 1 MILLION credits without me receiving even half of the narration. What is the solution, and why does it consume more credits than it should?
#Problem with exporting narration and credits

Very good Question. I used a lot of credits the last days because I can’t Download anything. Such a unstabile Platform. I want someone to Look in that
I am also having trouble with this. Would someone please help?
Hi @scarlet fossil @fierce path @proven wolf - generally speaking from what we've seen in our analytics it seems this only occurs with very very long narrations. Current guidance would be to break those up into smaller narrations if possible and go from there.
If you feel that the transcripts you're trying to export are clearly not long, please let us know we'd be happy to look into it.
Hi, thanks for the info. How do we break them up without using more credits? Will we get reimbursed for them?
Please Look into that @uncut patrol I even can’t download sometimes after generating. I want to be reimbursed for that … so many useless credits. I mainly do 800-900 words in one go
Having the same problem. All paragraph says it is processing(already 3 days).
@proven wolf @fierce path @low arrow we’ll be looking into this today, though it may be later today (apologies it’s Saturday PT). If you send me the emails associated with your account happy to refill your credits, sorry again for the inconvenience.
Send you a DM. Thx
@scarlet fossil apologies realized I didn't tag you as the original poster as well, but if you could send me the email associated with your account that'd be great.
Hey folks, following up here - I ran some tests on some transcript(s) folks with failing exports sent me, and all of them worked on my end. Looking into it further, I think our current process is a little brittle to a few different failure modes, and my guess is these failure modes tend to flare up during high traffic hours (most of my tests were run in the last few hours).
We're going to take a look to try to resolve this shortly, but it'll likely take a bit longer than a simple fix as a heads up. I'll follow up here when that's complete, sorry again and appreciate the patience.
