Not yet. But there's a common** non-AI**, a traditional way to "mashup" two songs by finding proper vocals and instrumental tracks of mentioned songs elsewhere, mix them in a DAW software at your desire, and there you go.
While there are few AI websites that do offer to mix two songs of respective vocals and instrumental, the instrument generation as close as a reference might not be the level of "RVC" yet.
