If you encounter an issue where VB-Cable doesn't output any audio, you might like to try "Virtual Audio Cable lite" a different program as another plan. Make sure to set "monitor" to your speakers/headphones to hear the program, then chunk 140 ms and extra 2.7 s.

How do you know? Make sure to check if your microphone is already plugged in, check if you gave microphone permission to your browser current tab, as well try another web browser, otherwise try my potential solutions above before you say anything to the program.

You have set chunk number too high, making the audio to delay further. Also, any extra value of greater than "2.8 s", while believed to give even better audio quality, can cause issue about audio cutting off unless your PC GPU can handle that; it's a quirk in every W-Okada voice changer sadly.

Try click "passthru" button while the voice changer is working, and hear if your microphone actually receives any audio signal.
