Not AMD Ryzen or FX CPU, but rather an AMD desktop APU released in 2014, while AMD Radeon R7 Graphics is an integrated GPU which found within the same chip as your AMD APU. Just because you got a PC that was released around 2014-2015 doesn't always mean your PC specs would actually be "high" compared to today's standard.

For an AMD GPU, I'd expect for AMD Radeon RX 5000 series as minimum. While you could get W-Okada to work with a CPU or APU, it would be real slow and not recommended anyway.
