I found an issue. These don't look like RVC voice models. A typical RVC voice model file (.pth) size is supposed to be 55MB, not as big as that.
This is the actual RVC voice model with an index file.

What you got there might be for other program that's non-RVC.
For actual RVC voice models, it would be better to find one in #1175430844685484042.

they're rvc models, the G file stores the voice
in order to use the model the G file has to be converted to small weight, thats done in the ckpt processing tab (this also requires knowing the version of the model, the sample rate and if it has pitch guidance)
