Hey, when using fork client i notice that the voice quality rapidly goes down on discord
I use VB Cable to transfer the sound generated to discord.
It seems to reset whenever I select "output : none" then put "cable input" back again. There’s a noticeable change in quality then. It can get incredibly bad after 20min or so where I sound like im inside a tunnel 3 miles deep into the ocean

What I have tried:
Fresh install of vb cables
Turning off hardware accel
Changing affinity and priority in task manager

No fix so far, but it sounds fine when i monitor the audio from the app
I have an RTX 4080 and a 7800x3d with 32gb ddr5 if it helps

Also, you use fork W-Okada. Can you send a screenshot of your W-Okada?

I ended up switching to VAC lite but the issue remained

It seems to have been fixed by going into server mode instead of client, though oddly enough it still uses my GPU like the client did. Not sure if it should but I can’t complain

I use fork W-Okada but previously used the og W-okada. Is there any interaction between the two?
I can’t take a screenshot for now, but my settings and adv settings are an exact copycat of Deiteris guide.
I use 112ms chunk and 2.7s extra, but changing either of those two didn’t fix
