Here are local forks of RVC that run on your hardware

As long as you have the models
I recommend original RVC, unless you need extra features then use a fork like applio
No you just add the voice models by downloading them and putting them in a folder
It doesn’t come with any unless you count the pretrains
Unless you download them then they are on your drive
Good chunk of weights gg models come from this server so if it gets taken down they might still be available here
But I don’t recommend using a voice of a person who doesn’t want their voice used

Speaking of Taylor swift her and her team personally struck my soundcloud account when I was a kid and I have the email to prove it, they literally have administrative control over soundcloud which is friggin dumb. Either way I'm avoiding insane satanic scum like her in any rvc model.
