Delay on realtime conversion is normal, but if it's exceeding 1000ms and you are on an AMD GPU, check:

Else, maybe your GPU is not good enough for realtime? Not sure what you're running on, so...

Make sure you're using the right version for your GPU and that your chunks are set appropriately (192 should be enough)

Oh and, set f0 to rvmpe and u should have no troubles
