I am new to all this, model sounds completely on discord but every thing I try a recorder with the same virtual cable there's chopping and noise (dont really know the exact term so I'l provide some example below)
I'm using a Nvidia 2070 super and recommended settings for that same gpu.

I suggest you use VAC by Muzychenko if you aren't doing that yet. VB Cable has issues in some computers, dunno why
