There are many guides and instructional videos out there. If you're brand new, I suggest you look up guides on "Automatic 1111". ^^

It's the easiest to get into.

I wouldn't recommend any A1111 build, to be honest - if you want that easy interface, look up what's the current recommended Forge version instead.
The UI is almost identical, but it has much better memory management.

And if you are not afraid of Node-based UIs, and a little bit of a steeper learning curve, ComfyUI definitely is the go-to.

Also, if you are this new into all this make sure to read up on what the minimum requirements are. You will not get it to work in a sensible way if you don't meet those, and you're not going to have any fun with it.
