Well, your motives are basic instagram-model stuff, which I, personally, find incredibly boring.
If that's your jam, power to you, but it doesn't change the fact that it's pretty basic.
And as for "not many can recreate that" ... well, most people who are able to run flux, or similar, or even just a well-trained SDXL model can, or anybody who is able to write a semi-working prompt for one of the image-services running larger models. If you are into photorealism its not that hard to get something like that.

Don't get my wrong, your image quality is okay-ish, if you don't look at the hands and some details, but what you're doing is neither science nor really artistic. So pardon me for calling it boring, because that's my personal opinion, but it is basic.
I do some basic shit too, but I don't stomp on other people who're trying to learn, or are just having fun.

in my experience quality tags (positive as well as negatives) can indeed very well influence them, but I still use them most of the time, and often it's just either the model itself, or the general prompt that gets in its way

what are you using to prompt for the glitches?

Also some art-style tags can mess with them - realistic or photorealistic in your prompts for example can often fight it.

Yeah, no idea how it exactly behaves on your model, and I can't compare right now.
Here are some tags to try: glitch, glitch-art, static, digital_dissolve, scan-artifacts, gif-artifacts,
But model, seed, prompt, used LoRAs, etc, will all have an impact on it.
Maybe ask Ram, since he also does a lot of Glitch-art with it?
