I basically just copy what the A1111 hires fix does, where I just gen at my base res, then I VAE Decode, then Upscale, Then Go back in with 15 more steps to clean up the upscale, VAE Encode and done

Stable diffusion currently doesn't support multi-gpu inferencing because of latent and seed incompatibilities across cards, even if they are the exact same card from the same manufacturer, it wouldn't work.

Because having a latent made on one GPU and then it gets sent over to another one, it doesn't know what it even is because it was made specifially for the first GPU to inference it.

#

Seeds and Latents are intertwined so cross GPU inferencing (currently) doesn't work. Unless a workaround is found

I have a 3060 and it works great for SDXL and Stable Cascade, im certain a 4060 is perfectly fine for it.

The reason the K80 is slower is because of it's older cuda version, no new driver updates, missing cuda features (such as malloc async), and it's an unsupported microarchitecture. It would still make images and utilize the 24Gb of VRAM, but it would just be way slower than the 4060

The hardware requirements are completely wrong by the way, it says it requires 20+ Gb of vram but it can run perfectly fine and fast within 12Gb. At least it did for me.

I mean on the demo it was giving pretty decent outputs... Maybe i need to completely reinstall sdxl and web ui and all. I am getting bad results that are dalle-2 level like pixeled and just bad quality overall like hands have 6 or 4 fingers or just scrambled all together the eyes are not symmetrically places one eye is normal while the other is next to the nose... idk i guess i will reinstall my entire pc and start from scratch

point of advice, for pixel art images, it’s best to downscale the image 4x then rescale the image using nearest neighbor to make the pixels nice and sharp looking
