og one worked pretty well for me, no hiccups or stutters and the delay was also around 40ms normally and about 80-120ms while doing heavy tasks

Let's make thing simple. There has been a newer version to b2332 W-Okada, developed by a different author. Vonovox is another complete alternative to W-Okada, but I doubt if you could get around with Vonovox.

If your school internet is slow (you only got just one megabit per second downloading a file), it's kind of expected, you might consider pay for your internet for personal uses, although the subscription will be more expensive than free ones you connected.
With 120 Mbps internet or faster, you will be able to download some large files in gigabytes within a few minutes. With 1 Mbps, you can expect a large file to finish download/transfer on the next day.

Run locally is better than the online one because you have unlimited runtime, freely to get going but also a bit harder to set up, while online websites (like Google Colab) often limit the runtime for free users but easier to access.

and when i checked the Task Manager Performance GPU 0 is Integrated Graphics card
while GPU 1 is NVIDIA RTX 4050

Vonovox is for NVIDIA GPU as of now. The AMD version is coming soon. Specific Deiteris and Tg Develop W-Okada versions are known to work with AMD Radeon RX GPU.

How much of a priority Wokada have on sucking my GPU power?
For example, whenever I test the voices I do it on my pc, clean, no app's running. But when using it, my GPU is often on a much heavier load because its me playing VRchat, doing tests under low stress is the same as high stress with the same block size or nah?

Are you sure your friend's PC has an NVIDIA GPU? Because Vonovox only works with NVIDIA GPU as of version 1.6.9, not with AMD Radeon or Intel GPU.

Are you sure you following this guide or something? https://docs.aihub.gg/realtime-voice-changer/local/tg-develops-w-okada-fork Both Virtual Audio Cable and VB-Cable work pretty much similar, but as what I said they are different programs made by different authors.

Because when most people here use VB-Cable with W-Okada in Windows, the VB-Cable gives random issues to them. You sure you really really really want to use VB-Cable that much? Or do you know how to set VB-Cable to work like VAC?

In W-Okada, Client and Server are audio modes. I'm not sure what to explain about how these supposed to be, aside from the "server mode" allows you to select MME, WASAPI and ASIO audio APIs, while "client mode" has simply input output and monitor but no other audio API.

With Virtual Audio Cable "lite", you don't need to set anything there. Instead, there's another thing you should do with "default audio device". I'm sorry? At this point, you asked like you've went through if there's anything "deep" hidden beneath W-Okada's interface, like codes, where an average user wouldn't like to know that much. Most voice models from #1175430844685484042 generally use hubert_base. There are a few that do use contentvec and spin/spin v2, where you likely wouldn't need them although it's possible if there's one.
