You left those settings default for long expecting one helper to tell you about best known settings? Alright, here's your settings:
Chunk: around 256 ms; lower than this is possible if your GPU can handle
Extra: 2.7 s
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7600

Output: Line 1 (Virtual Audio Cable)
Monitor: you can set this to your speakers or headphones to hear W-Okada.
I'm not sure why the other guy told you to go for VB-Cable, when the VB-Cable is so confusing to get it work after install. I just think he thinks the program works for him. There's another virtual line program named Virtual Audio Cable, which will work right after install and such. You wouldn't wanna ask too many questions. An integrated GPU like Radeon(TM) Graphics, the one without "RX" in its name, is not capable of running any AI. When you attempt to run W-Okada with that specs, it will essentially run on CPU-only which would be real slow.

RVC voice models are mostly RVC v2, so the performance and audio quality depend on which settings you set on Vonovox or W-Okada; it's not always the model itself. Some say Vonovox might give better audio quality than other W-Okada forks.

The one you tried to run earlier might be the original W-Okada version, which is outdated and unlikely to work with RTX 50. I'm not sure if Tg Develop W-Okada (b2377) can work with GeForce RTX 50 GPU, but Vonovox will likely work with RTX 50 for sure.

Because AMD Ryzen 5 3400G was released on Jul 7th, 2019, which would likely perform slower than Intel Core 13th generation, newer AMD Ryzen and even NVIDIA GeForce GTX 16 or RTX 20 themselves. While my information and experience might be limited, these are all information I could let you know by the way.

"Noise supression" and echo cancellation only work when you set audio mode to "client". If you set audio mode to "server", both noise and echo choices will grey out and not work. Same issue also happens to other W-Okada versions too.

All W-Okada and RVC (not realtime voice changer) versions use RVC voice model. In an RVC voice model zip, there are pth and index files. The index file stores the accent of a voice model, uses alongside pth. The index feature itself is optional for both RVC inference and W-Okada, but it's generally not needed in W-Okada.

I don't understand what you said, but I could think of the main idea that you were trying Vonovox for the time. Because Vonovox can give better audio quality (even if I still never got any benchmark from both Vonovox and W-Okada), but Vonovox is also harder to use at the same time.

When W-Okada lags, it's likely be the program itself (especially the original W-Okada version) couldn't detect your AMD Radeon RX GPU and was running on CPU all along.

The chunk number might be too high. Try reduce chunk number down for less audio latency, but always make sure to check perf number at top right to see if the number is green and stable.

about "sounding robotic", try different models (there's no "perfect one", no RVC model can do all non speech sounds like laughing perfectly), pitch values, and you need to not talk monotonously

I trained my own voice model using spin this time as it seemed interesting, but my trained voice gabbers like it's demonically possessed during "silence" after speaking which isn't ideal.

As of now, to me I haven't seen one testing and benchmarking both Deiteris/Tg Develop W-Okada and Vonovox against each other in the same PC system, so I still can't summarize which one is real better. Aside from issues where Vonovox is local only, there's no Colab/Kaggle for that, while I don't have a powerful PC to begin with, so I can't judge from words alone. 
If anyone has done that, it would be great to show me the result since I've been asking for this for a few times.

I've observed your laptop has an NVIDIA (Quadro) RTX Ada, which is a professional-grade GPU typically found in workstation PCs and mobile laptops. also be aware that windows 10 support ended officially 14th october 2025, this means that unless you upgrade to windows 11 or use windows 10 LTSC (extended security upgrades), you will miss out on security updates and programs will gradually stop working in the next years
tho for now it won't cause any issues with those programs, just saying for the future in case you didn't know

Do I know? I didn't develop the program. Rather, it can be your Windows settings that would prevent your from running a suspicious program or just another third-party antivirus program. W-Okada is free and open source program.

If you were trying to host your Applio through online Gradio tunnel, switching internet connection to another would likely fix the issue; otherwise it might be a placebo solution if you were trying to run entirely local while an antivirus program blocked Python from running at first glance.
