I think two issues: perhaps the dataset wasn't formatted properly (make sure the folder inside the zip has the same name as your model), this explains the 0 sec training stuff.
The filelist.txt issue is caused by autosave, disable it and try doing everything again.
Without autosave you'll need to stop your training earlier and export model, but it's worth it

For settings, you can refer to GPU chart provided for RVC Realtime. Chunk is Sample Length, Extra is Extra. When changing any of those settings, switch to CPU then back to your GPU. That's a known issue with directml version

If not, look into steelseries sonar. you can look up Mares voicd changer tutorial or just any steelseries tutorial, they briefly showed it a bit but all you need is ai background reduction and noise gate on it

for better results i prefer using audacity, truncuate silence, then use "Label sounds" then export as multiple files -> based on label sounds
it might get you better results splitting like that than using one full file. but i trained like that too and got good results
