i started with my audio files which were mp3 and i converted them to wav files using cloudconverter and then downloaded them. after that i went to rvc disconnected and when i got to the point where the rvcdisconnected folder popped up i put a zipped version of that file into the folder

no you cant go back to 50 and resume training. If you are at like 81 epoch, you should be able to cancel training, change save frequency to 5 and it should save at 85,90,95 and so on after you start the training again.
