RVC models are too different from voice-sample models, so you can't turn it into an instrument.
If you have the original audio samples that were used to train the model, you could pipe them through the Beatrice trainer and use the resulting model and the beatrice vst plugin system for what you want. I'm not sure what other tools can do this.

beatrice v2 models aren't generally made and shared online due to them being less capable than RVC. You're free to experiment though.

A PC and a Macbook Pro 16? The dual NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 one is faster at inference but VRAM is divided; the Macbook Pro one has more RAM if allocated, is better to run a huge model but sometimes slower than the former.
