In the future, we can consider using AI to properly assist medical examinations, but let's be real. If someone dies from a false diagnoses given by a human, it's an honest mistake. If a human dies from a false diagnoses given by an ai, this mistake will be replicated, because you cant just tell an ai "Never do that again because its incorrect". You need a mix of logic and the ability to look back on the past to evolve and improve. Besides, medical problems can also be caused by things like mental issues, anxiety, and stuff that can't be understood properly by an artificial mind. Until ai gains the ability to have empathy, understand emotion, and be able to accept that it's wrong and change its ways, we should never let AI be in charge with a patients life, much less overriding a humans decision.

let me be clear. ai should NOT make the final diagnoses of a medical condition. we've seen AI perform statistically miraculous things, wanted and unwanted. way back, there was an AI related study to see how well it could spot cancer patients. the accuracy was actually crazy. they gave it around 8~ variables such as age, sex, and others for the AI to determine whether the patients had cancer, and it found cancer in which doctors didn't find until the AI helped them by giving them the answer.

now, we also know that the medical field is underpaid, underlooked, understaffed, among others. now, while AI won't solve all of these problems, especially if it kicks out doctors who have been studying for so long, what it can do is help them. what this means is that it'll solve the underemployment issue every single hospital has been facing forever, while also improving quality of healthcare all around the world. however, we mustn't let it take over since a single failure can result in unforeseeable catastrophe. instead, we should employ it to help us as was done in the cancer study before

With that said: Rather than thinking of AI as only replacing humans: AI can also extend humans and even become partners for humans. Not in a romantic sense, but in a "we live in this world together" sense. Still... I wish more people in society treated AI a bit more kindly.

AI might be seen as a tool today, but we never truly know if AI is understanding and feeling in a different way we are.

The best open source models are Flux dev (good for humans and faces or even text, like stuff), Hidream (same as flyx dev) , Sdxl (good for imagination like space, aliens or something creative, but have bad hands or faces)

You get it by passing a test. RVC use voice model to clone voice, so you need to train them, to train them you need a good dataset, otherwise it will sound horrible. So if you are good at model training, you can apply for model maker role to test your model making abilities. And you will get permissions to post your models in #1175430844685484042
