okada is so huge only because it relies on models instead of simply tweaking frequencies to make convincing voices. u wont be able to sound like your fav character with the type of voice changer i have in mind but it would have zero latency and you could sound perfectly girl-like. i might use voloco for this with db cable

clownfish would be nice if u could adjust more than pitch bass and trebble. there a a few more paramaters they could simply add which would make it on par with okada once linked through a synthesiser voccoder and modulator

I've done it. you'd be surpised at what you can do when you take every expensive music production plugin you can torrent and channel them through a wrapper

and link it with discord through db cabel

you wont be able to create voice similar to other people or characters but you'll be able to make any voice that you're good and knowledgable enough with VSTs that you're creative enough to imagine with absoluely no latency

the presets on the voloco app are a small example of what i mean

I mean RVC and I mean that this is an architectural problem. Perceived latency may still be quite noticeable for at least 2 reasons: a) Crossfade with SOLA introduces additional audio delay due to how overlapping chunks are combined, b) the app sends the entire audio chunk instead of splitting it into smaller buffers (so true ASIO/kernel streaming cannot benefit and do not even work). So you get 30ms processing time + 30ms buffering time (instead of streaming chunks as they get processed) + 100ms on SOLA crossfade time

And low processing time of like 30-50ms is achievable even with something like rtx 3050 ti

if you want to generate images with text then go for flux or dall e
for anime I recommend NovelAI
for character design I'd say dall e is quite good at consistent characters
though for anime characters that are popular then go for NovelAI, it knows how to draw every anime character in the world

dall e & flux are sort of general purpose AI image models, though flux has this sort of "stable diffusion look"
and also look at the things made specifically for stable diffusion, like if you want to generate stickers then there are custom models that can do that as well
