I'm not sure if you understood correctly, let me try to explain it:

Lets say you have a voice model who has an Australian accent
The index file you created will have that Australian accent

You can not change the index file to make it sound Canadian, Arabic, German, French etc. it only contains the accent from the original, because that is what it is trained on

So you can't put in a normal audio input speaking american and expect it to come out with a french accent

So the only option would be:

• Disable index (so it copies whatever audio you put in)
• You yourself, or the audio you want to make a cover of, has to speak in that accent you want

Sometime RVC vocals doesn't make good prononciations on my SynthV acapella. Even with a perfect trained model in RMVPE mode.
