- If there is no mention of any restrictions/conditions for using a voice model, can I assume it is free and legal to use for that purpose, and
- Is there a good way to identify which voice models are higher quality, and which are more experimental? For example does a larger dataset size or greater number of epochs usually mean higher quality? Or is it all just trial and error?

im not super experienced with this but make sure you have an AMD build of the voice changer software, and that it is using GPU acceleration. Your system is a bit aged so you may also need to increase the chunk / buffer size a bit for consistent performance
