I'm using VoiceMeeter from when I had to create an input when using a different voice changer because it didn't provide one. (Not sure if the one here is the same, I just got it.) Idk how to describe it well because I'm not great with VoiceMeeter, but I was putting the output for the voice changer through that app so I could use it as an input, but that input also runs through my current mic as well because they're kind of linked so I don't have to swap when using the voice changer - I just have to remember to mute my actual mic.

like, use a male model sing a female song? for that, you can try https://docs.aihub.wtf/essentials/how-to-make-ai-cover/, this will explain you how to make ai covers, you might need to play with the pitch to be sure that it sounds correctly as its female to male (id suggest a negative pitch like -12 for example)

Also not really sure about length since most of my models are sub hour. i just want a good speaking and singing one for english. Though not sure if its worth tying them over default.
