Are you talking about the TTS in Ilaria & Applio RVC ?
Because if so, they both use edge tts, which is multilingual but their problem is that its just not much good for emotions
Another way is using another Good Emotional TTS (Like 11labs or Bark) that you could find in https://discord.com/channels/1159260121998827560/1212368971127590922 to generate tts audio, and use it as an input in rvc
NOTE: Play around with the settings, and be sure the tts generated audio is the same gender and language of the rvc model for the best results
