find a patrick model on here, and download RVC-GUI. Once installed, press import zip, select the downloaded mode in file explorer, set it to harvest or crepe (for talking, just use harvest, I find it to be better.) Record the talking in audacity or some recorder program, export that audio, select the audio file in RVC-GUI, and press start. If you have an NVIDIA Card, I recommend setting it to GPU for more speed, time depends on how long the file is. https://github.com/Tiger14n/RVC-GUI/releases

RVC isn't natively made for TTS, but some forks such as ilaria rvc mainline & applio have built in tts (basically using Microsoft Edge TTS to make a generated tts audio file, which i suggest you to choose a tts model that is the same gender and language of the rvc model you wanna use, and then convert it with rvc)
