RVC is made for Speech to Speech, but you can still use it for Text To Speech by just using any TTS you want, generating an audio with similar voice to the model you want (like the gender) and then using it as the input audio and converting it normally

yea you need atleast 10 mins for a good rvc voice model, remember that rvc isn't as good as Gpt so vits for tts btw
