E.g., I want to train a model off of an NPC in a game, how many minutes of voicelines do I need for good results? Is there diminishing returns e.g. training on too much data can cause issues? No, you can use microphone. Could you share a screenshot with your settings?
Output basically outputs the converted audio to target device (usually to virtual cable, that you use then in other applications). Monitor allows you to select your speaker to listen to converted voice

In simple words, that's a special device that allows you to forward audio from one source to another. In voice changer, you supply audio to voice changer (by setting your microphone as your input) and voice changer outputs this audio to your virtual device (by setting your virtual device as your output). Then you can use this virtual device as a microphone in any other application to output your converted voice
