There are ways to do that via Google Colab, btw everything runs on code, but most tools use a Gradio Interface anyways

If you wanna use a RVC AI Voice model with tts, u can just use any tts and use then the generated output audio as an input for rvc with the voice model u want

or u could also use GPT SO VITS which is like the best free open source tts u can use there are google colabs of it
