Which is open source and free. It only handles voice though, so you'll have to separate vocals from background track via other means

There's plenty of paid services leveraging RVC, but also a lot of options which are free (you can even run it on your own local machine if it's beefy enough)

Also, all the voice models here (or the vast, vast majority) are RVC, so you've got a huge bank of existing voices
