RVC is the AI voice cloning software itself. With it you can train models, convert audio files (like for AI covers) or change your voice in realtime
Okada is specialized in only the latter
so for train models you gotta use the version that's for training & AI covers. this can be mainline (the base version) or the forks (variations made by the community) like Applio, Mangio, EasyGUI etc
