I'm running this on a 2GB device, just be careful to have enough VRAM for other apps as well (else it will unless crash or be tremendously slower)
GPU must be nvidia, else it'll significantly worse (unless you're able to boot linux, in which case recent AMD GPUs would be great)
Also, if you're not aware, you can run voice-changer on a different device, and just connect to it.
