Mangio-crepe is technically "higher quality", but it's way too noise sensitive. If you have a properly denoised dataset, you can use it at 32 hop size

In my experience mangio-crepe more detailed. The hop_length determines the time it takes the voice to jump from note to note.
Lowering will give more precise results but the lower you set it the more time it will take to process

Lowering it is specially useful if the dataset has dramatic shifts from note to note
