Jared has a repo on github to which if you provide text it generates audio for that, you can tinker around by configuring it to generate text with LLM first and then pass it through the pipeline to generate audio for you.
Another option you can use SillyTavern, people use it for roleplay, it depends on what you are looking to do with it, you can decide a LLM model download on it, and use TTS options like eleven labs, coqui and others so if you chat with it either through text or through mic input it will generate response and send it back to you either in text format or audio
