Vocaloid characters aren't a person and each character is controlled by entire teams of people and the characters are just more like a face for the company and the songs, while VTubers are more like virtual entertainers or virtual realityshows where u never know what's staged and what's not, who plays characters and who are for real, and what's coincidental. Some like Hololive do it in a more idol-like way but even then it's more entertainment and standup comedy then actual idol activities.

to install torch and torch vission stable version. I did via CMD admin pip3 install torch torchvision torchaudio AMD sytem.

Does it matter if I split the vocals and instrumental from an MP3 file? (From a YT converter) or if I should do this from the beginning with a WAV file (I always split the vocals into a WAV from an MP3, I was just wondering if it was useful to do it from WAV to WAV and instrumental from WAV to MP3) instead? I usually pre-listen to everything and usually it sounds fine to me but maybe there's some sort of difference?

It's best if you use an audio file with lossless quality and in wav format. YouTube doesn't support lossless quality so ripping from them in wav won't do that big of a difference. Avoid ripping from YouTube if you can
