Microsoft Azure's TTS and Amazon Polly's TTS's both have heavy moderation on it and takes a long time from what I've heard. (Like, 3-5 weeks) and very expensive

basically if u put 10 MB of voice and then set 100 epochs

it means 10MB of voice will be reviewed 100 times

which, usually results in better quality but takes more time

unlike like 10 epoch, less quality but ten times faster
