There's two possible ways, one hacky, and one "proper" that requires coding a little. Depending on what tavern supports :

If it's real time TTS, just route audio through voice-changer (dumb but works)

If it isn't, code it so that the audio output is inferenced through RVC and playback the inferenced audio
