There's PlayHT that's free. The only downside is that it doesn't emote anger or highlight tone as well compared to elevenlabs because you can just emphasize words with * or "___"

I've been using Audio Webui, which uses the Bark model. It's pretty easy to setup and use, but still getting used to it. I'm super new to AI voices, so not sure on where to begin, but it has text-to-speech on it

Depends. If you have a clean studio acapella then the vocal might just sound normal but you might hear mouth noises and voiceless consonants like plosives, and the vocal might sound a bit breathy but that's why there is a median filter I think it's called?
You can remove harsh plosives with iZotope's RX but it's paid software but it's AMAZING

If it's low quality then I suggest you can set it lower, but not too low because for me the vowels start sounding a bit robotic if set it too low. If your low quality vocal has reverb artifacts you can try a de-reverb VST

Ah yeah no I never have clean studio vocals, I always rip them from their og song in flac
And after I remove the instrumental, reverb and harmonies it ends up losing some quality it seems
I don't know how to get them really clean

If there is no studio quality acapella available in a stem pack or something then your best bet is to sing over it yourself or manually mix the vocal, I might make a tutorial on how to make a separated vocal sound more clear because I have done it before but you really have to tinker around with the settings because every song and vocal is different

If you're using a real time voice changer for talking you should be alright, just make sure you don't have a Michael P microphone and can generally be heard and you speak in a clear tone
