You could try to run it on integrated graphics, that would be faster assuming it works

CPU has a lot of delay even on higher end models

Just a RTX 4070 ti which goes to 100% usage sadly, which is the cause of the big delay I assume(?).
CPU usage doesn't go over 30-40% with game + program running, would that still mean a big delay ?
