The way that audiobook maker works is that you will first have to train your own voice on Tortoise TTS and then you will need to train it on RVC, if you don't plan on using your own voice you can find models of people for RVC but you won't be able to find one for tortoise easily. Your best bet would be to train it yourself

Tortoise will create somewhat good voice for you but it will be a bit distorted or will have sometime weird noises that will make your output sound a bit robotic, that's where RVC comes in, the audio generated from tortoise when passed into RVC clears that thing and makes it more realistic.
