It does not work that way. Install synthesizer V, render the acapella. Then take the .wav file and run it through rvc with the voice of your choice.

You can make songs from scratch with this method not just covers

For simple text to speech there's google tts and elevenlabs you can run through rvc. There's also things like bark ai

For text to speech singing you have a lot of options depending on what you are going for
