While the moderation might sound simple to you, but even when certain moderation and security features are introduced, any scammer would still find a dirty way to bypass filter anyway. They won't be gone that easily even when you wished them gone.

There's a bit different story though. For those real human behind their accounts promoting their things with lengthy message, sometimes ChatABCDE-generated, they might ignore server rules to pop shit for sure, but sometimes they kind of being aware about things around which is crazy.
