Not sure if im doing something wrong but the coaster achievement not for the faint hearted and water slides ride the waterfall wont give me the achievement.

From what ive seen achievements aren't popping in franchise mode... they seem to only work in career and i think sandbox.
idk why 
only guess is to prevent opening up a park that has items/rides that will make most achievements unlocked and thus making another player (like a friend) loading it and unlocking them all too but all at once.
