I can't play because when I start the game, the title and everything else just goes off the screen, and the bullets that should be there aren't there. When I start the game, the screen turns black, and I can't see anything. Please help me.

Hey! Have you tried changing the rendering options?
Right-click Buckshot Roulette in your Steam Library
Select 'Properties...'
Paste under 'Launch Options' the following
--rendering-driver opengl3
Close the window and try launching the game.

It's fixed but the game looks more flat, because there is no effects, like the blood and the dynamic illumination

That's the tradeoff with using a different rendering engine on older videocards, unfortunately!
